Plus green emission of ZnO nanorods induced by Ce3+ doping and concentration
Abstract

ZnO nanorods and ZnO nanorods doped with Ce3+ have been synthesized by a solvothermal method. The properties of as-synthesized nanorods were investigated by TEM, X-ray diffraction and photoluminescence spectroscopy. The results showed that Ce3+ doping and increasing concentration could induce the enhancement of photoluminescence.
