Production of an anti-MUC1 C595 dbFv antibody fragment in recombinant Escherichia coli
Abstract

The production of C595 diabody fragment (dbFv) in Escherichia coli (E. coli) HB2151 clone has been explored. The comparison of fermentation processes mode demonstrated that a higher biomass inoculum operation enhanced C595 dbFv production. It was demonstrated that a concentration of 12.1 mg l−1 broth of dbFv and a cell concentration of 23.6 g l−1 broth were achieved at the end of 75 l fermentation.
